One hour of one to one personal training.
This includes a free initial 30 minute consultation to establish your previous exercise experience, medical history and determine your goals.
After the consultation if you’d like to go ahead we book in 6 sessions in advance. This allows me to create a progressive programme for you to achieve your goals.
One hour of three to one training.
A mix of sweaty cardio and resistance training with the added enjoyment of training with friends.
One hour of two to one training.
Train with your partner or a friend. Come hash out your domestic disputes over an Assault Bike race.
